I’m sure that after watching yesterday’s videos you can understand why we love video stories… pretty amazing right? If you haven’t had the chance to watch the Round One or Round Three videos yet, there is still time to view, and then you can vote for your two favourites in the Grand Finale round.
If you are just joining us, we asked our Handling360 community to share their dog agility stories and they didn’t disappoint. So many celebrations, laughs, a few tears, and a wonderful commitment by people from all different backgrounds and levels of experience to being the best they can be in agility for their dog. We have narrowed all the videos down to the stories that are here for you to vote on over three rounds.
On to the Round Two Video Stories
Watch the five videos below and honour your two favourites with your vote! (Remember: as you are voting, you must select both at the same time before you click the “vote” button, as you can only submit your vote once). Then, stay tuned as we will release the round three videos for you to vote on tomorrow.
At the end of the week we will take the top two videos from the three semi-final rounds as voted by you, and they will go head to head in the “Finale” to decide the top three prize winners. Thanks a lot, Lynn! My love for the sport and for this way of teamwork with my Lulu is just so big!! And giving up is never an option for me 🙂 At the moment I think that training and trialling will be even more difficult in Germany… For training the nearest indoor facility is 125 km away. Outdoor at clubs only possible after all snow is gone (April?). My yard 5 x 10 m… And for trialling, I‘ll need a lot of paperwork and a tough obedience test first… But I don’t give up there, for sure, either!
All of these stories are inspiring. Hard to pick just two.
Lori wasn’t afraid to show us her mistakes. I love that! We all make lots of them, but just like Lori we MUST work on to give our dogs confidence. Keep up the good work, Lori.
Thanks Elaine! I am so blessed to be a part of this special program! I keep learning every day to be a better partner for my canine family.
Renate’s story was incredible… training on a continent where dogs are more likely to be eaten than trained… with little support, and riding a bike 10k to get anywhere to practice?! Amazing!! That’s dedication. (I’ll stop whining when I have to mow around the dogwalk in my backyard!) Good luck back in Europe where you’ll have lots of competition!!
