I love this quote
“He who cannot change the very fabric of his thought will never be able to change reality.”
– Anwar al-Sadat (former Nobel Peace Prize winner, former President of Egypt, until is assassination October 1981)
What this quote means to me is that if you want to be a talented agility handler and you cannot visualize yourself as one, you will never been one. Whatever your dreams are start to see yourself as that person or it will never happen. See yourself as already having accomplished it.
Let go of the fear and the doubt and just have at it. It all starts with just a thought, then a vision, then that vision becomes reality. This stuff really does work.
How cute is little “Export” at 7 weeks of age showing off his future start line control.
Today I am grateful for Jill Dearmin and her awesome, kick-ass workouts down here in Florida!
Love “Stop the Rock” Always helps with a kick ass frisbee routine! Nice choice!
Thanks to you and a seminar I attended by Tracy S, I’m already visualizing myself at the 2010 nationals and i’m tattooing one of my affirmations on my arm. Is that taking it too far 🙂
I am trying to visualize myself alot thinner and not trying to chase my dog down because we have NO start line stay.
Jenny Crabtree, don’t force me to kick your butt.
Trouble Gower on behalf of El Sexie Exie.
With many thanks to Team Small Dog, I’m currently visualizing Iggy Pop running agility with an iPad….
Sometimes when I visualize real hard, I come out as Iggy Pop.
Thinking of kick-ass workouts, is there going to be an SY workout DVD for handlers? 😉 We need to visualize ourselves as talented and fit handlers (to keep up with our driven dogs).
“U” – “G” – “L” – “Y”, He ain’t got no alibi… he ugly… he ugly!!
Just kiddin’ Trouble Gower, ;-))

I just can’t get that “Stop the rock… Can’t stop the rock!” out of my head these past coupla days, back to “barking thoughts” or clickerdogs on youTube, for the fabulous footage from Florida 2010. I defy anyone to watch it without visualizing oneself as the handler there!!!
