Read carefully through the following issues to see which might apply to you:
1) I did not receive a confirming e-mail
If you did not successfully complete the checkout process (and get an e-mail from Say Yes), then you have not actually made the purchase. You must pay with either a credit card or your PayPal account.
Check your “Junk Mail” folder, and add [email protected] to your address book to make sure you get all our e-mails.
2) I clicked on the DOWNLOAD link, but did not receive the eBook
The eBook likely DID download, but it does so in the background. It will automatically go to your download folder. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THE DOWNLOAD. This is a large file and it will take at least a few minutes even with a high-speed connection.
3) I think I downloaded the eBook, but an unable to open the file
You will need Adobe Reader to actually open the file. Click here to download the Adobe Reader (it’s free).
