Handling360 Video Contest….Day 2

Posted on 11/11/14 25 Comments

Did you find inspiration from the journeys in Day One? It’s not over yet! We still have six more videos to roll out every day for the next three days…. trust me the decision won’t get any easier…they are all incredible! Screen Shot 2014-11-10 at 3.01.13 PM

We had over 2000 total votes on yesterday’s videos and yet there are less than 150 votes separating first and last place and only 19 between first and second! If you havent yet seen Day One videos here is the link to take you there! After watching the first six videos I’m sure you can agree, it’s tough to only vote for just two!

Editors note: Click this link to see who made the final round of voting!

In case your just joining our video party…we asked our online students  to send us videos showing the transformation in their agility partnership with their dogs through their journey in our online class “Handling360”.  As always, our community didn’t disappoint, we had over 100 videos submitted to us. My team and I had the challenging task of only choosing 15 videos for the contest. Let’s just say we couldn’t choose only 15…so we decided upon 24. That’s where YOU come in.

Screen Shot 2014-11-10 at 2.56.48 PM Please watch today’s videos below and vote for your two favourite videos. We will take the winning two videos from each day and they will go head to head on Friday for the grand prize! What is that grand prize? Another year of Handling360 AND a FitBone from our good friends FitPAWS!

If watching these amazing transformation in our students dogs has you wondering if Handling360 would help you on your journey, be sure to sign up on our mailing list at Handling360.com as we will be briefly re-opening registration in a couple of weeks!

Ok onto the task at hand today’s videos show how a couple of young Border Collies moved from being frustrated to having FUN, how a barking Aussie suddenly worked more and barked less plus the amazing transformation of a very happy Jack Russell Terrier! I know you are going to love them all…but please remember you can only vote for two!

Today, being Remembrance Day I am grateful for all of those brave men, women and yes dogs and horses who lost their life in service of others…and those who continue to serve today.

P.S. Day Three and Day Four videos are live now…click the links to see their amazing videos!

Lots of people here unable to vote too, but I guess it’s been the same problem for everyone so evens out lol! Maybe it’s just the numbers wanting to vote 🙂 So glad I made my video, was great going back through clips and watching how much my dog enjoys it and how brilliant she is. I will be watching it lots myself as it made me really want to get back to training after losing the love for agility a bit after she fell off the dogwalk. And been loving watching all the other videos too, some really inspiring ones. So thanks Susan!

Being the nerdy kind of computer person I am, I had a quick look and you have used the same (cool 😉 ) technology as I have for my website. It is unlikely to work for older browsers, and is compatible for the following browser versions:

    Internet Explorer : 9+
    Chrome : (Current – 1) or Current
    Firefox : (Current – 1) or Current
    Safari : 5.1+
    Opera : 12.1x, (Current – 1) or Current
    iOS : 6.1+
    Android : 2.3, 4.0+

Google Chrome is free, and you can download it from here:

    https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

    Hope that helps! 🙂

Oh so is that why it’s not working for a bunch of people?

No worries, Susan! It was a learning opportunity.. haha

Maria, I think there are a couple of issues – one is the browser people are using, and the other is that the way it works out who has already voted for what page. So, if you have voted on one days video and flick to another days videos page it might still have the ‘ID’ of the other page and won’t let you vote. So, maybe need to close the browser and try again?

I have people telling me that they can not vote today. Clearing cache and different browser is not working. 🙁

If you are in Germany, that may be the problem.
