I was really inspired by this weekend. Thank you for coming. My dogs will benefit greatly from my learning, I hope! I feel like I have a much better understanding of what I have previously been trying to learn from your books and videos.

Susan, I love to read your blog but since my English is not so perfect I would be very happy if you could use a little more space in the text? It gets a lot easier to read then...

So great to have you out to Omaha, Susan!!

You are right, I've seen AIDT a couple times now, and I hear something new, or a new Ah-hah, every time. I think it's both the way you shift or change your presentation for the audience's needs; as well as, where I'm at with my training and what I need to hear at that particular time.

This session I realized that I've let some disciplines go with Treo outside the agility ring. Lazy crate games, buying into "don't wanna/don't havta" moments. Well, OF COURSE, his on course performace is going to follow suit. So, I've received the wake up call, the well earned kick in the pants, and we're headed to Christy's tonight to set the boy straight on his contacts and hopefully it'll pay off this weekend in KC.

I'm not sure how to forgive you blogging about the horrible dining experience - but, I guess that's what you get for being Vegan. I told Christy, "What were we thinking?? Of course it sucked, it was VEGAN!!" (just joshing ya!)

Super fun hanging out with you watching the Super Bowl and look forward to seeing you hopefully this month yet in MN!

Take care!

I always eat so well in NE and Iowa that I have to pay extra at the airport just to get my belly back on the plane. My personal favorite is, and always will be, The Ho Hut.

Susan...
Thank you for presenting in the Midwest! My two-hour drive to Omaha for this "once-in-a-lifetime" opportunity to hear you speak was more than I expected. I still quite a novice to positive training and sometimes I was so overwhelmed with all I was learning. My heart is in obedience and I hope I can use many of the things I learned with my 18 month-old Brittany. Despite my attempts to raise my pup using "Ruff Love", the weekend made it obvious to me that my skills as a trainer have a LONG way to go because Feature's behavior was SO amazing...and well...my pup can sit in the same spot for about 3 seconds! Thank you, again, for sharing your skill in the Midwest!

Hi Susan,

Thanks again for coming to Omaha. I enjoyed the seminar and I have already begun some games with my golden, Ripley - It Yer Choice and some fun shaping. Thanks again for being here -from the other Canadian in the room, from the "rock".
